LEGO 4512 Cargo Train Used, Very Good Condition, Tested
I inventoried the set and it is complete minus one yellow railing trim piece. A couple of dark gray pieces were subbed to black. Everything else is present and original. The train was tested and runs well. This set comes with the original instructions, but no box. All of my sets come from a smoke-free, pet-free home and have never been exposed to sunlight. Lionel Seaboard Freight Train Set # 6-11746 (Rare Very Good Condition) TESTED
Original box, as per pictures no fading, limited marks on it, very good condition. Original paperwork including colorful Lionel brochure from 1993. Even has original plastic bags that the components came in. Track has 3 different layouts (standard oval is 27 X 63). Die-Cast Engine reflects the superiority quality of Lionel and weights 2.5 pounds! Very colorful rail cars with a pearl yellow caboose at the end. Train & controller were tested on 01/14/2021 & performed perfectly! 8 sections of straight track & 8 sections of curved track. 2 pieces of grade crossing. 40-load items including 20 that were never separated / used. Smoke fluid – a little bit is still left in it (which surprised all of us). DieCast Engine with working headlight & smokestack. C&O Single-Door Boxcar (Doors open on both sides, not sure why they called it a Single-Door on box). C&O Square window caboose. Railroad cars ALL have metal wheels & axels. Paperwork includes original instructions from 1993 & Lionel brochure which is very very cool to view on its own. Used in December 1994 for holidays, then taken down & stored until now. Vintage Fisher Price Playskool 1988 Train Set. All pieces except one are in excellent condition. The only one that I would mark as good/very good is the yellow and blue truck, there are a few light marks on the top of the cab. Nothing major but I cannot call it like new. I have tried to show the condition of all the pieces with my photos. I can send additional pictures if needed. The locomotive has been tested and is in working condition.
