There were just over 7,000 of this variant made making it a very rare “Veritas”. In 1915 this was the top of the line in Railroad grade pocket watches. These are known for their durability and accuracy. The case is a Keystone nickeloid, display case with NOS crystals and a rebuilt pendant. The Montgomery dial and NOS hands really set it off. This watch runs, winds, and sets just as it should. I kept it running for a couple days and it seems to keep time. However, I do not know this watch’s complete history. That being said, assume this watch needs serviced. I don’t know. How accurate it is. What I do know is that it is set up very nicely with the’Montgomery’ dial and that beefy case. You don’t want to miss this one. Here are the dimensions and weight. Case: Open Face, both covers screw on/off. Material: Nickle plates w/ gold train. Outside D : 54.4mm. Please assume that it needs cleaned, oiled, and timed. Please use the photos as a big part of the description and please contact me with any questions.
