This is a SUPER vintage Lionel prewar train set- the FLYING YANKEE Articulated Passenger Set. This is the four-car set #616 engine, two #617 Coaches and a #618 Observation Car. The set is ALL ORIGINAL and UNRESTORED. It is in good working condition and complete. It features the original whistle in good working condition. All the window inserts and railings are intact. The engine works fine in both directions. All the vestibule lights work. The gunmetal nose and tail have the expected scrapes and scratches and two of the car roofs are tarnished and one vestibule has chrome loss on one side- but NO rust or damage.
