Very nice Marx electric steam type train set No. The top and bottom of the box in very good condition with original inserts and minimal wear. Transformer is a 50 watt #1249 in working condition with good cord, wire, and lock-on for hook-up. Track – 8 curved and 6 straight with one being an uncoupler unit. All pins present and in very good condition. Locomotive- 2-4-2 #999 – ran forward and reverse with working light when tested in very good condition +. As with many Marx engines, it runs better the longer you run it. Motor needs lubed & cleaning. New York Central tender – very good +. F Santa Fe stock car #13519 – very good +. Pacific Fruit Express refrigerator car #35461- very good +. Shell oil tanker S. #652- very good +. New York Central caboose #20102 – very good +. Instructions for the set and uncoupler unit are included. Nothing missing or broken on any of the items and all in very good plus condition.
