When you crank the wheel, the table comes out AND the cover raises at it should. When you crank it the other way, the table goes back in and eventually the cover closes as it should, though it may need a little help for the last half inch. This feature is rarely working on most of these for sale. All of the green electrode posts are there. One has a few tiny holes on it (see pic). Battery cover AND cardboard piece are both there.
