  I will be listing a large group of Lionel equipment I acquired a short time ago. The owner said the trains have been in the attic for a number of years 50+. Some of the boxes are dry and brittle. Some box ends have come off but will be included with any sale of the matching item. The overall condition of the items I will be listing are in my opinion Very Good +. I do not collect O Scale and want to move these items to someone who can use and enjoy them. As I go through the collection, I will be listing one or two items at a time trying to keep all matching pieces together and doing a small amount of testing and cleaning of the item before listing it. Blue flat car carrying sub is missing steps on one side. I did not test this item. If it needs an adjustment I will leave that to the new owner since I don’t have the time to look into it or test it. To be quite honest, I run N Scale and I don’t know much about Lionel trains and what makes their operating equipment operate. Requires cleaning from storage. Plastic may have yellowed after all the years of storage. NOTE : All may also need more dusting / cleaning. One more NOTE the former owners were smokers, my wife feels that you may still smell a slight hint of smoking on them but they have been aired out and I feel any smell of smoke is gone.
